Collier de Lordre Sr. Michel AU120 $135
Each print measures approximately 7 1/2 inches wide by 11 1/4 inches long.

These beautiful armorial crests of the great families & nobilty of Europe are from the Armorial Universal by Segoing, published in 1679. This very rare work is usually found in reprint only but we have been fortunate enough to acquire some of the original 17th century engravings.

Each original copper engraving is in excellent condition on fine chain lined paper, measuring approximately 7 1/2 inches wide by 11 1/4 inches long. They have been beautifully hand colored in England by one of the few remaining professional colorists whose specialty is heraldry. These prints are in remarkable condition, given their age of over 325 years.
